The school was established in 2003 with a vision to impart education based on spirituality to enable the children to work for the uplift of the society and the nation. We have classes from LKG to VII standard now, going upto senior secondary level. The vision of Saraswathy Vidyanikethan School is ‘Lokasamastha Sukhino Bhavanthu’ (May all beings in the world be happy). The school is managed by Thanal Educational, Cultural and Charitable Trust under the auspices of Thanal Grama Seva Vedi, a registered charitable society, which is engaged in doing educational, service and employment generating activities. Physical education, moral education, classical dance, classical music, art and craft work, farming and cookery are some of the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities provided at the school. The school has got various clubs such as Science, Health, Envirnoment, etc.
